Schulze Arrives and Builds Stack

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Michael Schulze just arrived and had not even fully filled out the player form when he limped in early position. Four other players came along including Do Tran and Johnny Hansen, and the flop fell {9-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Schulze bet 5,500, around twice the pot, and that was good enough to force folds from all opponents.

Kroon Busts Mulsow in Three-Way All In

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Jules Ayoub raised to 1,500 and Martin Mulsow, who previously lost a big pot to David Rawnsley, moved all in for 5,900 on the button. Johann Kroon called from the small blind and Dustin Mangold squeezed out of the big blind. Ayoub folded after some consideration and Kroon pushed all in, Mangold called.

Martin Mulsow: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}
Johann Kroon: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Dustin Mangold: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

"Woah my king is live," Mulsow said in table chat and saw the board run out {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. While spiking two pair, it was no good for Mulsow as Kroon had the flush to double through Mangold for 34,725. "I would have had 120k," Ayoub mentioned before adding "I had queen ten with the {Q-Hearts}."

Omar Doubles Through Tuelek

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

The board read {Q-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{3-Clubs} with a pot of about 20,000 in it already. Murat Tuelek had shoved from the big blind. Jamil Omar was up next from the under-the-gun position and he also went all in with a smaller stack. Dalibor Vojinovic folded from mid-position.

Jamil Omar: {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Murat Tuelek: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

Tuelek had flopped a straight and Omar needed to pair the board or hit another queen to make his set of queens quads.

The river completed the board with the {2-Diamonds} and Tuelek doubled up.

Schrader Among the Big Stacks

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Joining the action on the three-way flop of {Q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} with 5,000 in the middle, Matthias Schrader bet 2,500 from the button and Raffael Muller called from under the gun, while the third player in the hand folded.

Both checked the {2-Hearts} on the turn and Schrader's bet of 6,000 on the {6-Clubs} river shut down all further action, awarding him the pot without showdown. Schrader has moved up to almost two starting stacks in the first half of the day.

Ryczek Shows Aces

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Christoph Ryczek had bet 7,250 from the small blind with three other players that had put chips over the line before him. Ali Kahvand, sitting in the under-the-gun position, tanked but in the end, he called. The two other players quickly folded. This meant the pot had about 18,000 in it in total.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}, Ryczek bet 10,000 and Kahvand looked at the board again. After some careful consideration, he folded. Ryczek got the pot pushed towards him and then he decided to show his cards: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}.

Rebei Flushes Terzi and Armanavicius

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante
Karim Rebei
Karim Rebei

Two players limped in and Karim Rebei raised in the cutoff, which was called by Liutauras Armanavicius in the small blind and Sefa Terzi in the hijack. On the {5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, Armanavicius checked and Terzi bet 3,500. Rebei raised to 8,200 and Armanavicius moved all in, as did Terzi.

Rebei had started the hand with a little over 40,000 and eventually called on pot odds to put two players at risk.

Sefa Terzi: {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Liutauras Armanavicius: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Karim Rebei: {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

The {A-Clubs} turn changed nothing much but a deuce would result in a three-way chop. Instead, the {K-Diamonds} fell on the river and Rebei improved to a flush, sending two opponents to the rail.
