Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Daniel Heimen and Jacob Ohlund are no longer over on table three. Marc Hunter doubled through Heimen with {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} versus {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} after the board came {A-Spades}{8-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Heimen was left with dust, busted soon after.

Chris Moorman Busts

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Chris Moorman came back as a short stack and he was unable to spin it up. He was all in with Ace-Jack and got called by Ilana Belsky, who didn’t have much left herself, holding King-Ten. Belsky spiked a king to leave Moorman shorter.

The remainder went in the middle with Queen-Ten but he ran into Kings and was out.

Adam's Kings get Cracked

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

"I was dead on the flop, I had nothing," Kalidou Sow said. "My name is lucky man," the Frenchman added after he had just gotten his stack in for 53,600 with {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Alfie Adam looked him up with {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and the board came {6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. On the {A-Clubs} turn, Sow found the ace he needed and the {9-Clubs} on the river bricked off for Adam to even out the stacks of both players.

Belsky Has Her Aces Cracked

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Ilana Belsky opened the action for 5,100 and then called a shove from Usman Siddique. They both had around 50,000 with Belsky slightly ahead.

Belsky: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}
Siddique: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{8-Spades}

Belsky’s set of aces was no good as Siddique rivered a straight.

Christopher Kyriacou at the table had an opinion on that. “That’s disgusting. If that happens to me I’m jumping off the balcony.”

Sevens Are Running For Hulme

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Aamir Khan opened for 2,900 and Andrew Hulme moved all in for 36,300. Viktor Lavi sat to his left moved all in over the top and Khan folded.

Hulme had {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts} but was dominated by the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} of Lavi.

The board ran out {7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and Hulme got his double up.

William Kassouf at the table found it amusing and teased Hulme, “Any more sevens about? Back in the game. Playing any slot machines lately? Sevens. Ding ding ding.”

Christopher Scholes Doubles With Baby Pair

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Oren Rosen opened the action and Christopher Scholes moved all in for 40,000. Aamir Khan called the bet and Rosen folded after some thought.

Scholes was at risk with {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} but saw the {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} of Khan and was looking good to double up.

A run out of {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{q-Diamonds} gave Scholes the double he needed.

Philipp Gruissem Gets To Showdown

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Nicolas Noguera, one of the big stacks at the table opened from late position and picked up calls from the small blind and Philipp Gruissem in the big blind.

The flop was {4-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and a continuation bet of 8,500 from Noguera got a call from the mustachioed German.

They both checked the turn {5-Hearts} and river {2-Diamonds}.

Gruissem showed {8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a pair and that was good.

Sorin Nicolae Drajneanu Among Early Fallers

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Sorin Nicolae Drajneanu moved all in from the cut-off and got called by Emmett Davis on the button.

Drajneanu had {a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and was at risk and in bad shape against the {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} of Davis.

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{a-Spades} to send Drajneanu to the rail.

There are likely to be a high number of exits in the first level as the short stacks look for good spots to double up in an attempt to make the money.
