"Don't Punt"

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
John Mayo
John Mayo

Action picked up on the river in a hand between Solomon Tibebu in the big blind, who was in the tank, facing an all in bet from John Mayo in the hijack.

With about 80,000 in the middle and the board reading 5Q7Q8, Tibebu had bet 40,000 and Mayo had moved all in for 201,000 to put himself at risk.

A player at the table called the clock, which led to Tibebu eventually tossing his cards into the muck.

"I don't have a bluff in me this deep in the tournament," said Mayo as he dragged in the pot and pointed to the tattoo on his hand that reads "Don't Punt."
