Moreau Takes Out Hallaert

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Kenny Hallaert - Jerome Moreau
Kenny Hallaert - Jerome Moreau

Kenny Hallaert raised to 50,000 from early position and was called by Jerome Moreau to his left. Nicolas Betbese also made the call from the cutoff leaving the hand three-way to the flop.

Hallaert continued for 60,000 on the {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop, with Moreau calling and Betbese laying his hand down.

The {q-Clubs} turn left Hallaert taking time to consider his next move, which was an all-in for 297,000. Moreau called immediately and the hands were revealed.

Kenny Hallaert: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Jerome Moreau: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Hallaert was well behind with just one card to come. The {9-Spades} river was no help, ending Hallaert’s run while boosting Moreau’s stack before the break.

Aces vs Kings KO's van den Bijgaart

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Joep van den Bijgaart opened to 50,000 from under the gun and the action folded around to Tommy Nguyen in the small blind. Nguyen three-bet to 175,000 before van den Biigaart announced all-in.

Nguyen’s calling chips beat van den Bijgaart into the middle and the hands were turned up.

Tommy Nguyen: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Joep van den Bijgaart: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Nguyen was covered by just 25,000, which is all van den Bijgaart was left with after the {q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs}[Ad{7-Diamonds} runout.

That final chip did not last long for van den Bijgaart, who was eliminated on the very next hand.

Minicuci Coolers Zamani

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Martin Zamani
Martin Zamani

Renato Minicuci opened to 50,000 from middle position and Martin Zamani called in the cutoff, while Rayan Chamas also came along from the big blind.

Minicuci continued for 100,000 on the {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop and Zamani raised all in for around 500,000. Chamas folded and Minicuci snap-called with a bigger stack.

Martin Zamani: {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Renato Minicuci: {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Zamani was on the wrong end of a sickening cooler as both players had flopped two pair. The board finished out {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} and Zamani hit the rail.

Dattani's Double Dreams End

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Michel Dattani
Michel Dattani

PCA Main Event champion Michel Dattani moved all-in from under the gun for 210,000 and was at risk once Marcello Del Grosso called on the button.

Michel Dattani: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Marcello Del Grosso: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

Dattani was behind from the start and the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop only strengthened Del Grosso’s advantage. The {9-Diamonds} turn gave Del Grosso quads, while the {8-Spades} river completed the runout.

Dattani could only shake his head and smile as a second memorable run in The Bahamas came to an end.

Kalev Rivers Nut Flush; Bohn Check-Raises Flop

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Blake Bohn
Blake Bohn

Petar Kalev was out of position in a heads-up pot against Dovid Lakein on a board of {3-Clubs}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

Kalev checked on the turn and Lakein bet 100,000. Kalev called. The {5-Clubs} river completed the board and Kalev led out for 235,000. Lakein called. Kalev tabled {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for the nut flush and Lakein frustratingly turned over {k-Hearts}{2-Spades} for a no-good two pair.

Across the room, Sergio Carro Marin opened to 50,000 from under the gun and the cutoff called before Blake Bohn also called from the big blind.

Bohn checked on the flop of {9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Marin continued for 80,000. The cutoff folded and Bohn instantly check-raised to 600,000. Marin thought for about a minute and folded.

Bohn has had a superb return from dinner break and appears to have the chip lead.
