Rayan Chamas
Rayan Chamas

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Hearts}, Rayan Chamas and Paulina Loeliger were heads-up in the blinds. Chamas led out with a pot-sized bet of 175,000 and Loeliger jammed all in. Chamas gave it some thought before calling off his stack of 525,000.

Rayan Chamas: {k-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Paulina Loeliger: {7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

Chamas was disappointed to see Loeliger turn over two pair but he still had a few outs in the deck. The river was the {k-Diamonds} and Chamas improved to trip kings to find a massive double, leaving Loeliger with just 25,000 chips after the hand.

Petitprez Misses Out on the Ladder

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Maxime Petitprez
Maxime Petitprez

The action was pending on Maxime Petitprez in early position and the clock was eventually called on him. He pushed out a raise to 290,000, leaving just 25,000 behind. James Mendoza was next to act and shoved all in. It folded back to Petitprez who was only given 30 seconds to act before he called based on PokerStars' new rule of virtual all-ins.

Maxime Petitprez: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
James Mendoza: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {k-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Mendoza took the lead with a pair of kings. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and the river was the {j-Spades} to send Petitprez to the rail before the pay jump.

Peters Triples Short Stack

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

David Peters moved all-in for his last three big blinds in early position and Oscar Gironella did the same for 175,000 on the button. Omar Del Pino called in the small blind and the hands were turned up.

David Peters: {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Oscar Gironella: {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Omar Del Pino: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

The {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop left Del Pino in front, but Peters spiked top pair thanks to the {k-Hearts} turn. The {3-Diamonds} river changed nothing, as Peters tripled his stack while Gironella was eliminated by Del Pino.

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Laszlo Bujtas: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Joni Jouhkimainen: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Bujtas won with Jouhkimainen's favorite hand, because of his initials. The Finn was down to just 35,000 after the hand but found back-to-back double-ups to climb back to ten big blinds.

Hunt checked a third time on the {a-Hearts} river and the Brazilian took about a minute before putting out an overbet of 460,000. Hunt took some time and called. Volkmann showed just an underpair with {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Hunt tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to win the big pot.
