Jacks Hold For Ditoto

Level 11 : Blinds 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Picking up the action partway through the hand, Isiah Ditoto in the cutoff had his opponent in middle position all in and at risk.

Middle Position Player: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Isiah Ditoto: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}

Ditoto's jacks would need to hold for him to eliminate his opponent and the {4-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop had him well on the way to doing just that. The {3-Spades} turn ended matters prior to the meaningless {7-Hearts} river to hand Ditoto the knockout and send his stack north of the 200,000 mark.

Liddell Takes Some From Elias

Level 11 : Blinds 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

James Liddell opened to 5,000 from under the gun and was called by Darren Elias in the big blind.

Elias check-called a bet of 6,000 from Liddell on a flop of {7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Diamonds} to send the two players to the turn.

Action went check-check following the {4-Clubs} turn before Elias decided to bet out around 15,000 after the {10-Clubs} river completed the board. Liddell responded by moving all in which was met by an instant fold from Elias to leave himself short.

Eisenberg Cannot Force Fold

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A player opened to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Lara Eisenberg in early position. A player in middle position then three-bet to 20,000, getting a fold from the under the gun player and a call from Eisenberg.

The {4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{k-Clubs} flop saw Eisenberg check and then call a continuation of 12,500 from the middle position player.

Action checked through the {9-Spades} turn to the board pairing {10-Hearts} river at which point Eisenberg pushed 43,000 into the middle. Her opponent did not take long to make the call and confidently turned over {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts} which was good enough to beat Eisenberg's bluff with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

Liddell Wheels Out Opponent

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

James Liddell opened to 4,400 from middle position and was called by the player to his immediate left as well as Besnik Biberaj out of the small blind. The big blind player then moved all in for their last 17,300 with Liddell opting to re-jam his larger stack. Both the middle position player and Biberaj folded to put the big blind player officially at risk.

Big Blind Player: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
James Liddell: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The big blind player would need to win a flip to survive and remained ahead on the {5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop. The {4-Clubs} turn, however, improved Liddell to a wheel, leaving the at risk player to hope for a six or ace on the river to chop. Instead, the {5-Diamonds} river completed the board to send the big blind player out of the tournament.

Bregger Wins Small Pot

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Bin Weng opened to 4,000 from the cutoff and Jason Bregger defended out of the big blind.

Bregger checked to Weng on a flop of {k-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and he continued for 3,100, a bet that Bregger promptly called.

Both players checked through the {5-Hearts} turn to the {a-Diamonds} river at which point Bregger once again checked to Weng. 'Your ten is good' Weng said as he checked back. Bregger did not have a ten but instead turned over {k-}{6-} for the pair of kings to take down the pot.

Level 9 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Picking up the action partway through the hand, Shouyi Gao in the cutoff found himself all in and at risk against a player in middle position.

Shouyi Gao: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Middle Position Player: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
