A player in middle position limped before a player one seat over moved all in for what appeared to be around 20,000. Tony Chan cold called from the cutoff with the button, blinds and middle position player all getting out of the way.

Chan had found pocket rockets at an opportune moment and looked set to score a huge pot. That is exactly what happened after the board ran out , sending the middle position player out of the tournament.

Katsikes Jams Turn

A player opened to 1,200 from under the gun and was called by a player in middle position. James Katsikes then three-bet to 5,200 from one seat over. Action folded back around to the under the gun player who took some time before deciding to call. The middle position player, meanwhile, opted to fold.

Action checked to Katsikes on a flop of and he continued for 5,000. His opponent, after sizing up Katsikes' stack, once again called.

The under the gun player checked for a second time following the turn, prompting Katsikes to move all in for his last 16,000. Appearing unhappy with the situation, the under the gun player eventually folded.

Marsans Takes Small Hit

A player in the cutoff limped as did the button. Mario Marsans responded with a raise to 2,000 out of the small blind, which was called by the big blind. Both limpers got out of the way to send action heads up to the flop.

Marsans led out for 2,500 on the flop only to see his opponent raise to 7,500. Marsans made the call.

The turn saw Marsans slow down, checking before folding to a 10,000 barrel to take a small hit to his stack.

Einsidler Finds A Call

The button limped as did the small blind to send the action to Izzy Einsidler in the big blind, who decided to raise to 1,500. Both opponents called to send the action three-way to the flop.

The small blind checked on a flop of and Einsidler continued for 4,000. The button folded while the small blind called to generate a decently large pot heading to the turn.

Both players checked through the turn to the river at which point the small blind fired off a hefty 11,000. Einsidler appeared puzzled and considered for some time before deciding on a call. The player in the small blind turned over pocket sixes but they were no good as Einsidler revealed he held for the superior two pair. The small blind was left with dust and eliminated on the next hand.
