Brenden Stuns Dean on the River
Level 26
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Harold Brenden raised to 200,000 on the button and Preston Dean called in the big blind.
Both players checked the 4♣Q♣2♠ flop. Dean then bet 250,000 on the 3♦ turn and Brenden moved all in for 785,000. Dean practically beat him into the pot and turned over A♦5♦ for a wheel, while Brenden had a set with 4♥4♠.
Brenden needed the board to pair on the river to survive, and he spiked the 3♥ to make a full house and double up.
