Skyler Sand
Skyler Sand

Skyler Sand raised to 2,500 on the button, the big blind three-bet to 6,000, and Sand called.

The flop came 849 and the big blind continued for 7,000. Sand called, and the 3 fell on the turn.

The big blind then moved all in for 16,200, sending Sand deep into the tank. "Do you want a call?" he asked his opponent.

"I feel it might be a mistake to say that," the big blind replied. Sand eventually called and turned over A8 for a pair of eights, and his opponent could only show A5. The river was the 6 and Sand took the pot to send his opponent to the rail.

The at-risk player showed two pair, but Wright had flopped the nut straight. The board ran out 45 to improve Wright to a flush and earn him the knockout.

Just a few hands after Larson took the three-way all in with his queens, he got involved in another big pot as a player in the cutoff was all in on a board of 9K74 with around 40,000 in the pot. Another opponent on the button then shoved, and Larson called for his last 30,000 under the gun.
