The players are now on an extended 30-minute break and will return to closed registration. The black 100-chips will also be raced off and colored-up at this time.
Jake Rosentiel opened from under-the-gun to 2,500 and three players made the call until action got to William Pinheiro in the cutoff who raised it up to 13,000.
Rosentiel made the call as well as Thomas Mossett from early position while the other two players got out of the way.
The dealer spread the flop of 2♣3♠J♥ and action checked to Pinheiro who blasted it for 17,500 and produced quick folds from Rosentiel and Mossett to award him the pot. He then showed 9♦9♥ before he tossed it into the muck while he raked in the nice pot.

Short stacks Alexander Rodriguez and Matthew Boddroff got the rest of their chips into the middle before the flop, with Boddroff at risk.
Matthew Boddroff: K♦10♥
Alexander Rodriguez: A♥8♠
Rodriguez started off in the lead with his ace-high, but the flop of K♣8♣5♦ gave Boddroff the advantage with his pair of kings. He still had to fave another eight or ace from Rodriguez, but the board ran out clean with Q♠4♦ for him to score the double up.
"Oh yeah! Back in the game!" he laughed as he stacked his chips, while Rodriguez was now the one left short.

On a heads-up turn of 7♣4♥6♥5♦, all the money between Christopher Hinchcliffe and Joe Toney found its way into the middle, with Toney at risk.
Joe Toney: K♠5♠
Christopher Hinchcliffe: 8♣4♣
Unfortunately for Toney, Hinchcliff already had the eight-high straight and he was left drawing to only chop outs. The 7♠ on the river did not do it for him and he was eliminated while Hinchcliffe raked in the pot.

On a three-way flop of 9♠4♦5♥, Paul Simpson and Jake Rosentiel checked over to Stephen Song who then tossed out a bet of 2,000.
Simpson made the call from the small blind but then Rosentiel check-raised to 6,000 from the big blind and both players called.
The turn came the A♣ and Simpson checked once more, to which Rosentiel responded by shoving all in for around 30,000. this produced quick folds from both Song and Simpson to award him the pot for a nice pickup.
