Action was picked up on the turn in a pot between Nathan Steuer in first position and Maxx Holland in the big blind with 3,600 in the center.

With a board reading J7JJ, Holland checked over to Steuer who bet 2,500 which Holland called.

The river peeled off a 9 and Holland checked over to Steuer who sized up to 10,000 which sent Holland into the tank. He spent over a minute contemplating the decision and he landed on a call as he tossed two red 5,000 chips into the center.

Steuer turned over AJ for four jacks and Holland released his hand into the muck, ceding the pot to the former RGPS main event champion.

The board read 98810 and in the small blind, Smith bet 4,000 which Johnson called.

On the 4 river, Smith sized down to 3,500 which was met by a quick call from Johnson. Smith turned over J10 for a flopped straight flush draw which turned into tens up and Johnson mucked her hand, ceding the pot to Smith.

Emery Catches Homan Speeding

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action was picked up on the river in a hand between Shaun Emery in first position and Mark Homan in the hijack.

The pot contained 3,600 in the middle and Emery checked over to Homan on a board that read 468AQ. Homan bet 4,500 which sent Emery into the tank.

After some thought he put in a single 5,000 chi for the call and the recently crowned RGPS Deepstack champion quickly mucked his hand. Emery turned over A7 for a pair of aces and he raked in an early pot.
