Derek Baxter Eliminated in 16th Place ($3,181)
Level 23
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
A massive pot took place between Derek Baxter in early position and Robert Michael on the button.
Baxter bet on the flop of 2♦K♣Q♦ and Michael raised all in for around 1,200,000. Baxter quickly called with a slightly smaller stack.
Derek Baxter: A♦J♦
Robert Michael: K♥Q♥
Michael had two pair while Baxter had both flush and Broadway draws. The 4♠ turn didn't change anything, and the Q♠ river only improved Michael's hand as Baxter was eliminated in 16th place.
