Keeping on pace with yesterday, the action was all gas and no breaks throughout the day as the turbo-esque structure encouraged action early on, with multiple all-ins seen as early as Level 2. As was expected, today’s flights were larger than yesterday’s but still finished within the same time frame.

Some notable names that played in todays’ flights and managed to find a bag were Jeff Platt (446,000), Adam Saven (378,000) and Michael Loncar (376,000).

Poker power couple Bob Mather and Lexy Gavin-Mather also fired their collective shots today, but unfortunately were not able to find a Day 2 bag just yet. World-renowned poker commentator and comedian Joe Stapleton is also in the same camp as he fired in Day 1c but will be back on the hunt tomorrow along with Daniel 'Donk' Hughes.

Weaver Smacks Turn to Double

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Level 15: Blinds 4,000/8,000/8,000

On a heads-up flop of 3J9, Jason Weaver and Derek Roberts got all of their chips into the middle, with Weaver at risk.

Jason Weaver: A2All in
Derek Roberts: 1010

Roberts was ahead with his pocket tens, but he had to fade a lot of outs to stay that way. Unfortunately for him, Weaver immediately hit the 8 on the turn to give him a checkmark on the hand and the 4 river awarded him the pot for the double.
