Jones Raises River; Takes Chip Lead
Level 28
: Blinds 75,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
On a completed board of 8♦10♠2♥9♠8♠, Jeremy Drewery led out for 400,000 but then Jesse Jones raised it up to 1,300,000.
Drewery thought about it for a few moments but eventually made the call, at which point Jones tabled A♣8♣ for trip eights. Drewery sighed and tossed his cards into the muck to award the pot to Jones.
With this pot, Jones has regained the chip lead.
