Two More Flights Remain in RGPS Grand Prix Pennsylvania Main Event
The first flight of the RGPS Grand Prix $800 Main Event is already in the books, but two more flights remain to earn a spot in the money at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.
The inaugural RunGood Poker Series stop in Central Pennsylvania continues at 12:00 p.m. local time, when Day 1b gets underway. Friday's opening flight attracted 54 entries, with just six finding a bag for Day 2.
The afternoon flight will be followed by Day 1c at 5:00 p.m. local time, the last chance to qualify for Sunday's race to earn a coveted RGPS ring and part of the $50,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Leading the way to this point is Tyler Giles, who bagged up 413,000 chips to lead the six survivors of Day 1a.
End of Day 1a Chip Counts
| Rank | Player | Country | Chip Count |

The chance to catch Giles and the other remaining contenders begins on Day 1b, where players once again start with 30,000 chips. The blinds open at 100/200, with a 200 big blind ante on the opening level of action.
Each of the first eight levels of the day are 30 minutes in length, while late registration remains open the start of Level 9. From that point on, levels are lengthened to 40 minutes for the duration of the tournament.
All Day 1 flights feature unlimited reentry, and play concludes when just 12.5 percent of the field remains. Players can qualify for Day 2 more than once, but only their higher chip stack will move forward to Sunday's final day.
