Labuga Doubles Through Poirer

Erick Torres

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

This hand was picked up on the completed board of 9♣10♠4♣J♥8♦.

David Poirer and Adam Labuga got the rest of their chips in the middle with Labuga at risk for his tournament life.

Poirer held J♠9♠ for two pair, but it was Labuga who had the best of it as the river gave him a straight as he revealed he had Q♠Q♥.

Poirer would be left with only 1,100, but received an immediate double following this loss.
