Sean Doyle got the action started with an open to 8,000 from under the gun. Robert Noel wanted to put more chips in the pot and three-bet to 20,000 from the hijack. Jake Kalkstein four-bet shoved for 32,000 on the button in response. David Hanna surveyed all the action in front of him from the small blind and chose to make the call for 32,000. Noel five-bet jammed, and Hanna quickly called to put himself at risk for approximately 133,000 total.
Jake Kalkstein: A♥10♥
David Hanna: K♣K♥
Robert Noel: A♦K♦
Hanna was in a strong position to double, as Kalkstein and Noel blocked each other's ace and were hoping for the right texture to crack Hanna's kings.
The flop was safe for Hanna as it came 3♠Q♥8♠.
Hanna improved to a set of kings on the K♠ turn, but Kalkstein had a slim chance at survival if a jack would roll off on the river.
The river gave Hanna the pot when the 6♦ peeled.
Edward Tancredi has enjoyed a nice rush in the last 10 minutes with two doubles during that span.
The first hand took place when he was all-in from middle position and at risk for 29,500 against Anthony Cerha in the small blind.
Edward Tancredi: 5♦4♦
Anthony Cerha: A♠Q♥
Tancredi needed to improve, and the flop provided just that when it came 4♠K♥3♠ as Tancredi hit a pair of fours to take the lead.
The 3♣ turn kept him in front, and the J♥ river was safe as Tancredi secured the double.
It wasn't much later that Tancredi was all-in and at risk again. This time, he squared off with Veerab Zakarian as Tancredi was at risk for 60,500.
Edward Tancredi: J♣10♣
Veerab Zakarian: A♦K♦
Tancredi was behind against a big ace once again.
The flop kept Zakarian in front when it came 2♣5♦Q♥, but Tancredi wiggled out of danger when the 10♥ came on the turn.
Tancredi would secure the double on the 4♣ river to double yet again.
Zakarian would bust shortly after, as he was seen exiting the tournament area.
Keith Becker has been the bane of Daniel "Donk" Hughes in the last few minutes. Becker struck against "Donk" when he went all-in and was called by Hughes, as Becker found himself once again at risk.
Keith Becker: 8♦8♣
Daniel Hughes: A♣K♣
Hughes would outflop Becker when it came 2♠K♥4♣ to take a commanding lead.
The J♦ turn was of no use to Becker as he was down to two outs with one card to go.
Becker would find lightning in a bottle when the 8♠ came on the river as Hughes would drop another all-in showdown to Becker in a short period of time.

Keith Becker was all-in for 34,000 from middle position and was called by Daniel Hughes on the button as Becker was at risk.
Keith Becker: K♥Q♥
Daniel Hughes: K♣9♣
Hughes was calling for a nine as the dealer began to do the runout.
"He wins a couple of pots, and he thinks he's entitled to everything," Becker said in jest as they went to a runout.
Thankfully for Becker, the nine never came on the 4♣4♦8♣J♦K♦ runout as Becker scored the double-up.
Robert Noel opened to 6,000 from middle position before Jeremy Halaska shoved for 42,000 from the cutoff. Noel made the call and put Halaska at risk.
Jeremy Halaska: 8♥8♦
Robert Noel: A♣Q♣
Halaska needed his eights to hold, but the flop was bad news when it came 10♦A♥6♠, as Noel improved to a pair of aces and took the lead.
The 7♦ turn offered some hope as Halaska gained a gutshot straight draw, but the Q♠ river was not one of those outs as Halaska exited the tournament.
Jordan Hunt opened to 11,000 from early position before Ronald Bell called from the hijack.
The 5♣10♦Q♣ flop led to a shove from Hunt for his last 26,000. Bell called and put Hunt at risk.
Jordan Hunt: Q♥10♠
Ronald Bell: A♣K♠
Hunt was well in front with his two pair, but Bell could hit a jack for a straight.
The 5♦ turn was safe for Hunt.
Hunt secured the double on the 2♣ river.

Daniel "Donk" Hughes had just sat down at a new table when he introduced himself with a big hand versus Lisa Powers, who was all-in and at risk for approximately 73,000 against Hughes.
Lisa Powers: A♦K♦
Daniel Hughes: A♣A♥
Powers held the best drawing hand in the game, but Hughes had her hand crushed with the best starting hand in pocket aces.
The flop hit Hughes when it came J♦9♥A♠ for a set of aces.
Powers was left hoping for a running straight, but it never materialized on the 8♥ turn or the K♠ river as Hughes continued to build a big stack on Day 1d.
