RunGood Ambassadors Out in Full Force on Day 2 of the RGPS Southern Indiana Main Event
Five RunGood ambassadors are still in the hunt for the championship ring as 46 players return for Day 2 of the RunGood Poker Series Golden Expedition Southern Indiana $800 Main Event at 1 p.m. local time.
Carl Masters is the top ambassador and enters the day in fourth place with 565,000. “Uncle Johnny” made the final table of this event last year, and also won a RGPS championship in Tunica last November.

Joining Masters on Day 2 are reigning Player of the Year Craig Welko (384,000), Taylor Howard (343,000), Delilah Lerner (132,000), and Matthew Lawrence (124,000). They and the rest of the field, however, are looking far up at chip leader Mike Scarborough, who begins the day nearly 300,000 clear of the pack with 989,000.
Stephan Mobley (690,000) and Jonathon Murphy (624,000) complete the podium. Others returning for Day 2 include defending champion Jasper May (482,000), Libby Wilson (442,000), Donnie Phan (390,000), and Kurt Jewell (81,000).
The four starting flights saw a total of 393 players descend on Caesars Southern Indiana. All remaining players are already in the money. The official prize pool should be announced shortly after the start of play.
Action picks up on Day 2 with 23 minutes remaining in Level 15, with blinds of 4,000/8,000 and an 8,000 big blind ante. Each subsequent level will be extended to 40 minutes. A champion will be crowned by the end of the day.
