Del Beiler
Del Beiler

Nick Willie raised to 7,500 in middle position and Del Beiler called in the small blind.

Willie continued for 10,000 on the 10♣4♠2♠ flop and Beiler called. Beiler then led out for 17,000 on the J♥ turn, and Willie called.

The river was the 6♠ and Beiler bet 30,000. Willie then moved all in and Beiler, with around 50,000 behind, quickly folded. Willie showed A♠10♠ for the rivered nut flush as he took the pot.

"You're getting some hands now. Nice," tablemate Scott Karas said to Willie.

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Tyler Whitehead raised to 6,500 on the button and was called by the small blind and Kevin Howard in the big blind.

Howard bet 8,000 on the 9♠J♦6♣ flop, and both Whitehead and the small blind called. All three players checked the 7♠ turn.

Howard then bet 18,000 on the 2♥ river, and only Whitehead called. "You got it, Tyler," Howard said, and Whitehead showed A♥J♣ for top pair. Howard mucked 5♥4♦.

Justin Coliny
Justin Coliny

Javier Terrazas had a bet of 12,000 in front of him from the big blind on a board of 7♥9♣A♦6♠ before Justin Coliny raised to 28,000 in early position. Terrazas then moved all in, and Coliny snap-called for 76,500.

"Do you have a set?" Terrazas asked as he turned over A♥9♠ for two pair. Coliny, indeed, showed 7♦7♣ for a set, and the 3♣ fell on the river to secure him the pot and double up.

Carlin Keeps Climbing

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Cody Carlin had just busted Tim Thorp when Thorp got in his last 25,000 with Q♦9♠ but ran into Carlin's A♥Q♠. Carlin hit top two pair on the 2♥Q♥A♣ flop, and Thorp was already drawing dead and ending to the exit.

The next hand, Cullen Oldham put in his last 5,000 from under the gun and Daniel Gitt called on the button. Carlin then reraised to 25,000 in the small blind, and Gitt folded.

Cullen Oldham: K♦Q♦ All in
Cody Carlin: A♥Q♠

Carlin again had an opponent dominated and at risk, and he hit top pair on the J♣5♣7♦4♥A♣ board to earn another knockout and increase his stack to around 400,000.

Walsh Makes a Big Call to Bust Perry

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Peter Walsh
Peter Walsh

Peter Walsh and Alan Perry went to the turn on a board of 2♥5♥6♣7♠ when Walsh bet 16,000 from the button. Perry then moved all in for 103,500 in early position.

Walsh spent several minutes in the tank before calling to put Perry at risk. Perry showed A♣A♦, but Walsh had 2♠2♣ for a set. The river was the 4♣, and Walsh took down the massive pot to send Perry to the rail.

"He doesn't have eight-nine. He might have sevens," Walsh reasoned after the hand as several tablemates complimented him on the call.
