Holz and Speranza Involved in the Action; "Wildace_hun" Busts One

Level 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante

Julian "nailuj90" Stuer, who reached the final table of this very event in 2018 and 2019 alongside Gianluca "Tankanza" Speranza, can be found on a table table with "MLS20" from Austria and Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz. The latter won a checked down river of the {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{6-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{2-Clubs} board with {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and then took on Stuer and "MLS20".

Holz bet the {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs} turn and forced two folds.

Speranza has dropped to half the starting stack when he was involved in a three-bet pot with "UnHuman3" in a battle button versus big blind. On a {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop, "UnHuman3" bet slightly more than half the pot and they then jammed the {4-Spades} turn for the size of the pot, forcing a fold from Speranza.

Just one hand later, "UnHuman3" got it in for nearly 200k preflop with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} out of the small blind against "Wildace_hun" in the big blind with the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The board came {q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and that spelled the end for "UnHuman3".

Small Pot for Spragg

Level 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante

A raise to 5,125 by "t4t0PAGAU" from under the gun was called by Andras "probirs" Nemeth in the small blind and Ben "Spraggy" Spragg out of the big blind. The {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop was checked through and Nemeth bet the {j-Spades} turn for 8,988, Spragg raised to 34,873 and that ended the hand right there.

Spragg remains below the starting stack while fellow PokerStars ambassador Lex "L. Veldhuis" Veldhuis is just above what he started with.

Big Hero Call By Bayley

Level 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante

Bertie "bigstealer" Bayley four-bet to 46,734 from under the gun and button three-bettor "Bk10Er" came along to see a flop of {j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades}, which prompted a bet of 28,392 by Bayley and a call.

After the {a-Spades} turn both players checked and Bayley also checked the {5-Hearts} on the river with a stack of 153,464. There were 155,352 in the middle and "Bk10Er" moved all-in with the far superior stack. Bayley used a portion of his time bank and eventually called with the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}, which was good as "Bk10Er" only held {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

Simao Doubles With the Ducks

Level 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante

Joao "IneedMassari" Simao raised to 5,000 and "VladTheSlaye" sat back in just in time to three-bet to 20,000 out of the big blind, which Simao called. On a {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop, "VladTheSlaye" bet 15,000 and picked up a call by Simao to then fire a second barrel worth 29,540 on the {9-Hearts} turn.

Simao called once more and then also called the shove of his opponent on the {6-Diamonds} river for 112,872 with the {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for a set, while "VladTheSlaye" tabled {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} for aces.

Pots for Oliveira and Margereson

Level 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante

"UnHuman3" raised to 5,750 and was called by Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira, who then bet the {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop for 5,890 when the heads-up action had checked to him. "UnHuman3" check-called and did so again for 22,233 on the {6-Clubs} turn and 55,557 on the {k-Hearts} river.

Oliveira tabled the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for top two and that won the pot.

At the same time on another table, Scott "Aggro Santos" Margereson raised from under the gun and was called by "bigbluffzinc" on the button and Michael "imluckbox" Addamo in the big blind. Margereson bet the {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop small and "bigbluffzinc" was the only caller. Margereson then check-called bets of 21,164 on the {j-Clubs} turn and 57,677 on the {q-Clubs} river to get shown {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}, which he had beat with {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for the nut flush.
