"king153246" Brings Up SCOOP No.8, Odeen Moves Ever Closer, Whole Host of Players Double & Treble Up
SCOOP legends "king153246" and Jerry "Perrymejsen" Odeen brought up their 8th and 13th titles in the PokerStars spring series on Thursday, on a busy day that saw a number of previous winners bring up their second and third titles.
The Albanian-based grinder won the SCOOP 67-H: $530 FLHE, $15K Gtd for $7,539.55, but would have to do it the hard way, defeating a stacked final table that included Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser in 2nd and fellow multiple-SCOOP champion "Fal1st" in 3rd.
Elsewhere, Pavel "silentm0de" Plesuv captured a 3rd SCOOP title in the SCOOP 70-H: $1,050 NLHE [6-Max], $125K Gtd, while "Tapiscalle?" also joined him on lucky number three, taking down the 8 ahead of 1,913 runners.
There were plenty of SCOOP doubles too, including Markku "markovitsus" Koplimaa, "thegreatpanda", and "SurfistãoJr", who now also share the honor of being called multi-time champions.

Another 21 events spring into action on March 12, as the 2026 PokerStars SCOOP continues marching on. The most eagerly anticipated of these tournaments are without doubt, the trio of Thursday Thrill events.
All three Thursday Thrills shuffle up and deal at 5:30 p.m. GMT and are two-day events. They come with buy-ins of $109, $1,050, and $10,300, while carrying guarantees of $250,000, $250,000, and $400,000, respectively.
Jerry "Perrymejsen" Odeen became only the sixth PokerStars player in history to win 12 SCOOP titles after he triumphed in the $320 NLHE Deep Stacks event. Odeen is now ranked joint fourth with Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser and fellow Swede Niklas "Lena900" Astedt in SCOOP wins, and trails only Patrick "pads1161" Leonard (13), Andre "Premove" Skvortsov (13), and Sweden's Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson (14).
Odeen scooped his 12th career title by defeating Andy "BowieEffect" Wilson heads-up. Earlier, Wilson had become a two-time champion with a victory in the $1,050 Super Tuesday, so Odeen denied the Brit a hat trick.

Odeen has a chance to win a 13th gong on March 12. The Swede is seventh in chips with 19 players remaining in the $215 NLHE PKO Bounty Builder HR, which resumes at 5:30 p.m. GMT.
Slovenia's Blaz "Scarmak3r" Zerjav is only eight eliminations away from becoming a seven-time PokerStars SCOOP champion. Zerjav won two events in 2023, 2024, and 2025, but has so far drawn a blank in 2026.
That could all change on March 12 because Zerjav leads the final nine players in the $1,050 No-Limit Hold'em PKO event. Seventy players started the event with high hopes, but only the final table remains. That final table shuffles up and deals at 8:05 p.m. GMT today.
Zerjav holds a commanding lead going into Day 2, his 1,615,346 stack placing him above everyone else. Only two other players, "thegreatpanda" (1,074,987) and "Eimantasa" (1,074,003), have seven-figure stacks.
While Zerjav is the man to catch, the likes of Daniel "SmilleThHero" Smiljkovic (987,438), Niklas "Lena900" Astedt (878,274), and "HardiZ1" (224,623) are still in the hunt for the title.

They may not be a household name, but Brazil's "billionaaire" is quickly becoming a feared competitor in online poker circles. The Brazilian has shown they have a knack for navigating large SCOOP fields and emerging victoriously.
In 2023, "billionaaire" won the $109 NLHE 8-Max Sunday Warm-Up, outlasting 2,919 opponents to bank $42,428. Two years later, they left 1,884 opponents in their wake as they won the $215 NLHE PKO Bounty Builder, earning $44,494. During the same 2025 SCOOP, they won the $109 NLHE 7-Max Turbo Mystery Bounty and took home $14,738 after outlasting 1,757 foes.
Fast-forward to March 11, 2026, and "billionaaire" has done it again. This time coming out on top of a 1,808-strong field in the $109 NLHE Mini Super Tuesday and padding their bankroll with $27,301.

There was bound to be a Brazilian champion in this event because five of the nine finalists hailed from there. Four of the five Samba stars fell in the first five finishing places, leaving "billionaaire" to fly the famous green, yellow, and blue flag. "billionaaire" secured their fourth SCOOP title in the space of three years when they defeated Thailand's "Lindk25" heads-up, claiming the $27,301 top prize for themselves. Vamos!
British grinder Andy "BowieEffect" Wilson became a two-time SCOOP champion on March 11 after taking down the $1,050 edition of the Super Tuesday. Some 197 players bought in, but it was Wilson who came out on top to claim $39,675 of the $200,000 prize pool.
Only the top 23 finishers saw a return on their investments, meaning the likes of Jonathan "Proudflop" Proudfoot, Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden, and 24th-place finisher Joao "Naza114" Vieira went home empty-handed. Vieira's exit locked in $2,433 for the surviving in-the-money players.
Stars such as Juanki "B4NKR0LL3R" Vecino, Daniel "SmilleThHero" Smiljkovic, and Niklas "Lena900" Astedt cashed but fell short of a final table appearance. Germany's "HardiZ1" continued their 2026 SCOOP trend of going deep in high-stakes events, but ultimately fell in 10th.
With the time approaching 9:35 p.m. GMT on March 11, Bowie found himself heads-up against Finland's "PotnaPekka." Wilson brushed aside his final opponents and got his hands on the second SCOOP title of his career; he won a $2,100 NLHE PKO event in 2021.

The dream run ended just short of the title after a heads-up deal, but second place still paid $15,113, representing a massive 2,746% return on investment.
