The Stacks

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Here's a look at the current leaders and their stacks:

Mader Cracks Siler

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Thomas Mader
Thomas Mader

Thomas Mader continues to climb the leader board here, busting James Siler moments ago.

Siler got it in preflop with the {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} versus Mader's {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, but Mader filled up on a {3-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{q-Hearts} run out to rail Siler 25th.

Kiehl Not Over

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Bob Kiehl
Bob Kiehl

Bob Kiehl open shipped the {8-Spades}{9-Spades} for almost 120,000 and Dan Wagner made the call with the dominating {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

Wagner held through the {k-Hearts}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{q-Spades} board to the turn, but Kiehl nailed the {8-Diamonds} river to find a miraculous double up.

Steinhauser Stuffed, Slow Roasted By Shah

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Jonathan Shah
Jonathan Shah

Mike Steinhauser finally got his short stack in the middle after picking up the {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}.

Jonathan Shah called it off with the {10-Spades}{9-Spades}, getting there on a {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{q-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} board to send Steinhauser out 26th.

Shah now has 350,000 and counting.

Johnson Leads; Burkett Busts; Break

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Charles Johnson
Charles Johnson

A huge three-way all in pot just vaulted Thomas Mader to a spot near the top of the counts, cut Jeff Kandefer down to size, and sent Jim Burkett out 27th.

Mader got it in on the flop with a set of nines, Kandefer had a set of jacks and Burkett an open-ended straight flush draw.

Burkett shipped the {9-} turn that made Mader quads and Kandefer a boat, straightening out on the {k-} river that was too little too late.

In the meantime, Charles Johnson has been hit by the deck, spiking a set of kings against aces, and holding with a pair of pairs to crest the 550,000 mark.

They head into a 10-minute break now with 26 remaining.

The Ends of the Spectrum; The End of the Bubble

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Jeff Wells
Jeff Wells

The bubble has now popped but not before Jeff Wells crushed it, moving into chip lead position.

Mike Steinhauser looked to be the shortest stack in the room, but held on to a less-than-ten big blind stack to guarantee at least a min-cash when the bubble popped at another table.

Timothy Andruschat was the unlucky player to say goodbye 28th, running pocket kings into Rick Block's weak ace. He became the bubble boy when Block spiked an ace, and as they redraw for seats at the final three nine-handed tables, Block has moved up the leader board significantly.

Moilsley Moves Up In The Bubble

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Weiyi Moilsley
Weiyi Moilsley

Weiyi Moilsley has swapped spots with Jim Burkett near the top of the leader board as play moves hand-for-hand on the money bubble.

She opened for 13,000 and he three-bet to 26,000. It folded around and Moilsley made the call, sending them heads up to the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop. Miolsley check-called 15,000 and the turn came the {4-Hearts}. They both checked, but when the river came the {5-Clubs}, Moilsley bet 12,000.

Burkett called with the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}, but was outflopped by Moilsley's {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}.
