O'Shea Looks Down at Aces After a Four-Bet, Then Flops Full House
Level 4
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Following an open, James Leivas three-bet to 3,200 from middle position before Wesley Garver jammed for a little over 9,000 from the hijack. On the button, Robert O'Shea rejammed for about 14,000. Leivas took some time before he tossed in the call to put both players at risk.
Wesley Garver: 9♥9♦
Robert O'Shea: A♠A♦
James Leivas: K♦J♠
It was a dream scenario for O'Shea who woke up with the bullets after significant action in front of him. Garver needed some help to stay alive with his underpair, while Leivas took out his bounty hunting gear.
However, the A♥2♠2♦ flop would put an end to any sweat as O'Shea flopped aces-full. Nothing changed on the 6♣Q♦ runout as O'Shea tripled his stack while Garver was eliminated.
