Tyler Hancock from middle position went heads-up to the flop with the hijack with the board reading KQ6. A series of raises resulted in the StakeKings Founder being at risk for his 68,500 stack.

Tyler Hancock: AK All in
Hijack: AK

Both players had flopped top pair, top kicker while Hancock also had the nut flush draw.

The 2 turn maintained the gridlock, but the 7 landed on the river to give Hancock the flush, and he collected the full double.

Pantaleo Not Going to the Parking Lot with Ace-Queen

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Giuseppe Pantaleo opened to 5,000 from the hijack and was called by the cutoff, button, and small blind.

No less than four players saw the A92 flop as the small blind checked to Pantaleo who bet 8,000 and only the button called.

On the Q turn, Pantaleo led for 14,000 and his opponent called once again.

The river brought the 8 as Pantaleo bet 34,000 with 500 behind. The button asked for the rest, and Pantaleo shrugged as he flicked in the final chip.

Button: A6

Pantaleo had top two pair while his opponent only paired his ace, and he collected the full double.

Updates Around the Room

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

2023 WSOP Main Event Runner-Up and Arizona native Steven Jones has been in the field since the early levels. During a walkthrough, he won two consecutive pots after raising preflop and getting heads-up with the big blind, taking down the pot with a postflop bet. He takes a healthy stack into the break.

2022 and 2023 Arizona State Champion Ryan Stiner has accumulated a stack of around 160,000.

Jared Jaffee recently joined the field but has not been able to spin up his stack. In a recent hand, he opened from the cutoff and then called a three-bet from the button. On the flop, the button shoved as the covering stack, forcing Jaffe to concede with around 30,000 behind.

Mixed game specialist Fu "Grasshopper" Wong has joined in on the action. Most recently, he jammed his 26,000 stack over a 3,000 open and a call, taking down the pot without showdown. Another common name in the mixed streets Mike Wattel has also taken his seat.

WSOP Bracelet Winner Nicholas Julia, despite telling the media team that he is "going to make this a 10k", has spun up his stack to over 175,000.

Arizona crushers Jonah Labranche and Colton Blomberg are still in the mix, while UFC Champion Sean O'Malley's stack has been on a rollercoaster all day as he sits on around 25,000.

Michael Kelleher still holds the largest stack in the room with over 350,000.

Colton Blomberg opened to 3,000 from middle position before Jason Vanstrom three-bet to 8,500 on his left. In the big blind, Susan Hurtado put her final 22,500 into the middle. Blomberg got out of the way but Vanstrom quickly called.

Susan Hurtado: KJ All in
Jason Vanstrom: AK

Hurtado was dominated by Vanstrom's hand until the J83 flop vaulted her into the lead. The K turn paired both, and Hurtado held through the 7 turn to double.
