Picking the action up on a board of A♣2♣Q♦8♦ in a hand between Yannice Bahri in the cutoff and Clement Delacroix in the big blind, Delacroix checked to his opponent, with around 225,000 in the pot.
Bahri slid out a bet of 100,000, and after some thought, Delacroix check-jammed for around 375,000. Bahri thought it through for quite some time, but eventually folded, showing A♦ as he did so. Delacroix flashed the 5♦ and raked in the pot.

"There was an open to 65,000, called by the small blind and I called from the big blind with Q♦J♦," he explained. "On a flop of Qx8x9x, the initial raiser continued for 85,000, I check-raised all-in for 295,000, and he called with 10x10x. He hit a straight with the Jx river."
In a blind versus blind situation, Cid Ghillain and Ilan Cohen ended up moving all-in with Cohen in the big blind at risk for 390,000.

Cohen was on the edge of elimination after Ghillain flopped two pair on A♥7♣J♠. "Spades" asked Cohen several times. And he was heard, as he hit the nut flush thanks to the 4♠10♠ runout.
Atmani may have been tilted by the previous hand, as in the next he was all-in for his remaining 325,000 in the big blind versus Adrien Burgniard in the cutoff.

Atmani needed a miracle for his nine-high to overcome his opponent's pocket tens, and none arrived on the K♠J♦10♦3♠2♠ runout, Burgniard ending up with trip tens.
Sonny Franco was all-in and at risk versus Sabare Atmani, with cards on their backs and chips in the middle.

Franco was ahead in a race with his pocket sixes, and although he had to fade straight and flush draw outs as well as overcards by the turn on K♠10♣4♥3♠, the 7♦ river was a brick to send him a double-up.
Oscar Chang opened to 50,000 from the hijack, then Miroslav Alilovic in the small blind three-bet all-in for approximately 450,000.
The big blind folded, and Chang went deep into the tank before making the call.

Alilovic's queens held on the 2♦K♥9♠ flop, but Chang hit the A♦ turn. As both players had even stacks, the dealer counted both stacks after the J♠ river. Alilovic was slightly covered, so he was eliminated.
Abel Pruchon opened to 50,000 under the gun and Nicolas Dumont defended his big blind off around 250,000.
On the J♠Q♦10♥ flop, Dumont check-called a bet of 25,000 from Pruchon.
The J♥ rolled off on the turn, and Dumont again check-called a bet of 115,000 from Pruchon, leaving himself only 100,000 behind.
The 8♦ river completed the board, and Pruchon wasted no time moving all in when Dumont again checked. Dumont took a good three to four minutes before folding, leaving him with 4 big blinds.
Benoit Grobocopatel opened to 50,000 from under the gun, then called when David Hu three-bet to 150,000 from the cutoff.
The dealer fanned a flop of 6♣6♠5♥, and Hu continued for 80,000. Grobocopatel check-raised to 250,000 and Hu called to find the 5♣ turn.
Grobocopatel fired a second barrel of 180,000 and was called once again. And on the 9♠ river, the French player moved all-in for 760,000.
Hu went deep into the tank, and eventually found a fold.
Short-stacked Petre Ionescu moved all in for 125,000 and was called by Laurent Martin.
