Black the proceeded to call bets from Mendoza on every street, frist for 16,000 on the 8♥6♠A♦ flop, then for 45,000 on the A♠ turn, and finally for 155,000 on the 10♣ river.

Mendoza turned over trips with the best kicker and Black send his hand into the muck.

Action folded around to the blinds, where Yisha Chen called from the small blind. Christopher Park raised to 28,000 from the big blind and Chen responded with a limp-reraise to 100,000 and Park called.

Park called a 50,000 bet from Chen on the 7♣10♣2♦ flop and then both players checked down on the 4♣ turn and 7♦ river.

Chen turned over A♥Q♣ and Park shook his head and sent his hand into the muck.

"Ace nine," Song declared and showed his A♠9♠, Thompson had the equally strong A♣9♣.

Song then limped in from the small blind and Thompson raised to 22,000 for the big stack to call. On the Q♦10♣3♠ flop, Song led for 14,000 and Thompson folded.

Daniel Cates opened to 12,000 on the button and Dominik Nitsche called in the big blind.

Both players checked on the 3♦Q♣5♠ flop and then Nitsche bet 11,000 on the 2♠ turn. Cates responded with a raise to 35,000 and Nitsche shoved for enough to put Cates all in for his last 140,000.

Cates quickly called and a showdown was held.

Cates had way the best of it with his pair of queens and the J♠ river bricked out to award him the double up.

A couple hands later, Taylor Black opened to 14,000 first to act and Dominik Nitsche shoved for his last 83,000 from the small blind. Black called and the board was run.

Cates raised it up to 35,000 and Nitsche then double-checked his cards before making a play, using a time bank and moving all-in with the covering stack to instantly get called by Cates.

The river was the J♠ and Cates doubled, sending Nitsche back to the drawing board.

The action repeated on the 4♥ turn for 36,000 and the 9♥ river for another 38,000. Park revealed the A♥K♥ for the ace-high flush to win the pot.
