James Mendoza opened to 200,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 800,000 by Stephen Song, who was in the small blind. Mendoza called.

Mendoza called a 400,000 bet from Song on the K♠6♥3♦ flop, but folded facing an 800,000 barrel from Song on the 5♣ turn after burning up three time banks.

"Good bluff," Mendoza said.

"I'm running good today," Song responded.

Haitao Lei raised it up to 250,000 in the cutoff with 2♥2♦ and Mauricio Salazar Sanchez defended from the big blind holding K♥Q♣. The flop fell A♦K♠7♠ and Salazar Sanchez check-called a bet of 200,000 from Lei.

The turn brought the 8♥ and both players checked to the A♠ on the river. Salazar Sanchez checked for the third time and Lei clearly gave up by checking it back. Salazar Sanchez showed the better of the two pairs and raked in the pot.

Marius Gierse opened to 160,000 in early position with Q♦5♦ and Martin Nielsen just called in the small blind with 9♠9♦ which allowed Haitao Lei to come along in the big blind with J♠7♠.

The flop fell K♥9♣5♥ and the blinds checked to Gierse who continued with a bet of 150,000 as the chip leader. Nielsen check-raised to 550,000 with his set of nines which got a quick fold from Lei and Gierse followed suit with his bottom pair.

James Mendoza opened to 170,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 450,000 by Ivan Zhang in the hijack. Action folded back to Mendoza, who announced a four-bet to 1,400,000 — sending Zhang deep into the tank.

Zhang burned up three time extensions before finally opting to fold and Mendoza dragged the pot.
