Gary L Vick raised to 275,000 in first position and was called one seat over by Joe "Magikarp" Chen. From the cutoff Sid Kaye moved all-in for 1,300,000 and action folded back around to Chen who called.

The flop came out which gave Chen a full house and left Kaye drawing dead on the turn and prior to the river. Kaye left the tournament area while Chen moved his stack closer to 3 million.
Action was picked up on a board reading between Dan Bekavac in the blinds and Alex Oberlin in early position.
Bekavac bet 330,000 on the turn and Oberlin called.
The river came out the and Bekavac moved all-in for 1,300,000 and Oberlin went into the tank. "Sorry guys," he apologized to his tablemates while he contemplated his decision. After roughly a minute he called and Bekavac turned over for jack-high and Oberlin turned over for a flopped straight as he took the chip lead of the tournament.
Kevin Carlson had just lost huge pot when his opponent rivered one of three outs to double through him and within a few hands he was all-in for his remaining 360,000. An opponent called him and the hands were turned up.

The board ran out and Carlson filled up on the river to get the full double.
On the heels of winning a big pot off of K.C. Vaughan, George Janssen raised to 100,000 on the button. From the small blind, Joe Cada moved all-in for 600,000, folding out the big blind and Janssen called.
