The Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) has made its long-awaited return back to the great state of Minnesota for the Winter Poker Classic at Running Aces Casino.

The 11-day series is headlined by the $1,110 buy-in, $500,000 GTD Main Event which starts today at 3 p.m. local time.

Running Aces had been a staple stop on the MSPT schedule since the beginning of the tour, and the return will mark its second this year when Texas native Chan Pelton navigated his way through a 920 entry-field to win his first MSPT Main Event title along with $169,271 for his victory.
