Jeremy Ahillen

A player in the cutoff got his last 10,100 into the middle preflop against Jeremy Ahillen, who was in the small blind.

All-In Player: {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Jeremy Ahillen: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The all-in player ahead through the turn of a runout {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{a-Spades}{2-Clubs}{10-Spades}, but the river gave Ahillen the best hand with aces up.

"Agh!" said the player, his fist connecting with the rail of the table as he did so. He then let out a good-natured chuckle, adding, "Good Game, everybody!"

A player in early position opened and received calls from middle position, Patrick Suzuki in the cutoff, and the player on the button to take action four ways to a flop of {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}. The original opener continuation-bet 2,400 and only Suzuki called.

Action then went heads up the turn {q-Diamonds} and Suzuki's opponent checked. He cut out a bet of 3,600 and his opponent thought for a few moments before folding.

"What'd you have, jacks?" asked Suzuki. His opponent nodded. "I didn't think you could fold them," he added.

There was around 9,000 in the middle on a flop of {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} with three players holding cards. The small blind checked and the big blind bet 2,100, with Vincent Cieluch calling in early position. The small blind then folded.

With action heads up, the small blind bet another 4,000 on the turn {a-Spades} and Cieluch called again, bringing the river {k-Clubs}. First to act, the small blind thought for over a minute and then connected her fist to the felt, with Cieluch quickly checking behind to take the hand to showdown.

The big blind showed {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} and Cieluch turned over {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}, hitting one of his 10 outs on the river to improve to the best hand and take down the pot.

Tyler Potts
Tyler Potts

Action folded to Tyler Potts in the cutoff and he opened to 600. The small blind three-bet to 2,000 and Potts four-bet jammed for 6,200. The small blind called.

Tyler Potts: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Small Blind: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Potts saw that he had run into two cowboys and needed to hit a three outer to stay alive. The flop {5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} left him behind, but the turn {a-Hearts} came right afterwards to improve him beyond his opponent's holdings. He avoided the one outer on the river {7-Hearts} and the pot was shipped his way.
