Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Seth Davies
Seth Davies

Daniel Dvoress raised to 3,000 from the button and Artur Martirosian three-bet to 15,000 from the small blind. Seth Davies was sitting in the big blind and four-bet to 37,000 after using a time bank. Dvoress contemplated his options and then decided to five-bet to 70,000. Martirosian got out of their way and Davies six-bet shoved for around 160,000. Dvoress snap-called.

Seth Davies: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Daniel Dvoress: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{k-Spades} for Dvoress to hit a set of kings.

The turn was the {j-Spades} which didn't change anything and neither did the {9-Spades} on the river for Davies to be sent away from the tables for now.

Mulder Makes the Right Calls

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Cary Katz and Chris Brewer both limped in from the cutoff and button but Teun Mulder raised it up to 8,500 from the big blind. Both Katz and Brewer went along to the flop.

The dealer spread out the {6-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for Mulder to check. Katz fired a bet of 25,000 out for only Mulder to make the call.

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Katz barreled a bet of 35,500 into the pot for Mulder to check-call once more.

The {j-Spades} completed the board and both players checked. Katz flipped over his {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for the pair of aces but Mulder held the {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for the same pair but higher kicker to claim the pot.

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

Timothy Adams raised to 2,500 from the cutoff and Daniel Dvoress three-bet to 8,500 on the button. The blinds folded but Adams four-bet to 37,000 which Dvoress called.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{k-Diamonds}, Adams bet 22,000 and Dvoress came along.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and Adams fired a bet of 35,000 out. Dvoress had to use a time bank before opting to make the call.

The river completed the board with the {q-Diamonds} and Adams used two time banks before he decided to check. Dvoress put in a bet of 137,500, keeping 500 behind but that was enough to put Adams all-in as he had 95,500 behind. Adams used another time bank before he pushed his cards towards the muck.

Buldygin Staying Active

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Viacheslav Buldygin had been playing a few hands already, especially one where he claimed a chunk of Nick Petrangelo's stack already.

On the next hand, Chris Brewer raised to 2,500 from the hijack and Buldygin three-bet to 8,500 from the button. The blinds folded and Brewer called. The flop came {3-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Hearts} for Brewer to check and then fold when Buldygin continued with a bet of 10,000.

Another hand later, Brewer raised to 2,500 again, now from the middle position. Buldygin called from the hijack while the rest folded. They both checked through the {q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop to the {q-Clubs} on the turn. Brewer bet 4,500 for Buldygin to call. The river completed the board with the {4-Diamonds} and Brewer continued with a bet of 12,000 which was enough for Buldygin to give up on this hand.
