Danny Tang raised to 5,000 from the button and Rob Yong called from the big blind. The flop was {7-Spades}{a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}. Yong check-called when Tang bet 3,500 and the turn was {j-Diamonds}. Both players checked to see {k-Spades} on the river. Yong bet 10,000 and Tang got away from it.

On the next hand, Tang raised to 4,500 from the cutoff and Sam Greenwood called from the big blind. The flop was {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Greenwood checked. Tang bet 5,000 and Greenwood called. The turn was {j-Clubs}. Both players checked the turn and also the {4-Spades} river. Greenwood turned over {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for the straight and Tang mucked the losing hand.

Tjokroprawiro Pressures Dvoress

Daniel Dvoress raised to 5,000 from middle position and William Tjokroprawiro three-bet to 11,000 from the small blind.

The flop was {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs} and Tjokroprawiro continued for 9,000. Dvoress spent a few seconds to think over his options before he tossed his cards in the muck to give Tjokroprawiro the pot.

Tjokroprawiro has chipped up early after recently entering the tournament.

The board ran out {a-Spades}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Phua earned the elimination with aces full of fives.
