Wasserson Has Aces Cracked to Bust Again
Level 6
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Quan Zhou raised to 7,000 from under the gun, and Eric Wasserson three-bet to 25,000 on the button. Zhou responded with a four-bet to 82,000, and Wasserson called.
Zhou continued with a bet of 65,000 on a 10♦Q♠10♠ flop, and Wasserson called again. The K♦ turn saw Zhou bet again, this time for 100,000. Undeterred, Wasserson stuck around.
The 8♣ completed the board, and Zhou put Wasserson all-in for 225,000. Wasserson called, but it was bad news. Wasserson tabled A♠A♣, but he had been run down by Zhou's K♠K♣.
