Watson Left with Crumbs
Level 11
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Mike Watson raised to 22,000 from under the gun, and Bernhard Binder defended his big blind.
Binder check-called when Watson continued for 15,000 on a 6♣J♠4♦. The 9♥ turn then followed the same pattern: Binder checked, Watson bet 120,000, and Binder called.
The 10♥ completed the board, and Binder checked a third time. Watson bet 483,000, leaving 7,000 behind, and Binder called again.
Watson tabled Q♥Q♣, which was no good, as Binder flipped over 9♠6♠ for two pair.
