Nguyen Departs
Level 17
: 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
When the action folded to Duc Anh Nguyen in the cutoff, he moved all-in for 470,000. Defeng Chen couldn't get his calling chips in quickly enough when it was his turn to act, and the big blind subsequently folded.
Duc Anh Nguyen: A♥5♦
Defeng Chen: A♣K♣
Despite picking up a straight, the J♦2♥4♣K♥10♠ board never improved for Nguyen, whose elimination brought the tournament two spots from the money.
