The players are taking their first 15-minute break of the day.
Phil Ivey raised to 2,500 from under the gun, and Jules Dickerson called in the cutoff. Artur Martirosian then three-bet to 15,000 from the small blind. Ivey called, but Dickerson folded.
Martirosian continued for 12,000 on an A♥10♦K♥ flop, which Ivey called. The 3♣ turn and 3♥ river were checked through.
Martirosian tabled Q♦Q♣, and Ivey showed he had that beat with his A♦5♦.
Alex Kulev raised to 2,500 from the hijack, and Stephen Chidwick defended his big blind.
Chidwick check-called after Kulev bet 2,000 on a 4♠5♥Q♥ flop, but then led out for 2,500 on the 3♦ turn, which Kulev called.
The K♠ completed the board, and Chidwick bet over double the pot, putting 38,000 into the pot. Kulev mulled it over, straying into his extended time allowance, before calling. Chidwick tabled 7♠6♣ for the nuts, and Kulev mucked his cards.
Artur Martirosian raised to 3,000 on the button, and Alexey Lozuyk called in the small blind. Phil Ivey then three-bet to 15,000 from the big blind. Martirosian four-bet to 38,000, which saw Lozuyk fold, but Ivey called.
Ivey checked to Martirosian on an A♦7♣10♣ flop, and Martirosian bet 25,000. Ivey then check-raised to 75,000, and Martirosian folded.
Alex Anton raised to 3,000 from early position, and Alex Foxen three-bet to 12,000 from the hijack. Jesse Lonis called from the cutoff, before the recently reentered Eelis Parssinen four-bet to 50,000 from the big blind. Anton folded, but Foxen responded with a five-bet to 95,000. Lonis quickly folded, and Parssinen followed suit, returning his cards to the dealer and surrendering the pot.
Gha Iakobishvili raised to 2,500 from under the gun, which Philip Sternheimer called on the button. Eric Wasserson then three-bet to 15,000 from the big blind. Iakobishvili responded with a four-bet to 35,000, and Sternheimer folded. Wasserson then five-bet all-in for 215,000, and Iakobishvili called.
Eric Wasserson: A♠3♠
Gha Iakobishvili: A♥K♥
Both players made the same two pair on the 9♦9♣7♠A♣4♥ board, but with Iakobishvili's kicker holding strong, Wasserson was eliminated.
Alex Foxen raised to 2,500 from the cutoff, and Aleksejs Ponakovs called on the button. Eelis Parssinen then three-bet to 19,000 from the small blind. Miroslav Atanasov responded with a four-bet from the big blind, making it 43,000. Foxen and Ponakovs quickly folded, but Parssinen called.
The Q♦6♦10♠ flop checked through, tempting Parssinen to take over the betting lead on the 8♦ turn. He bet 38,000, which Atanasov called.
The 6♥ completed the board, and Parssinen bet 149,000, leaving 1,000 behind. Atanasov called, and after Parssinen mucked his cards, Atanasov did the same before raking in the pot.
Shortly after, Parssinen lost his 1,000 to be the first player eliminated.
