Wai Kiat Lee: 9♣9♦

Zhou was behind, and the K♥2♦7♦10♦Q♦ runout offered him no help to end his run early on Day 2.

Level 13 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Murly Manokharan opened to 30,000 from early position and Seth Davies defended his big blind holding 8♣6♠.

Both players checked on the 10♦7♠7♦ flop and then Manokharan called a 35,000 bet from Davies after making a full house on the 3♠ turn.

The A♣ completed the board and Davies check-folded after Manokharan bet 65,000.

Wilson Doubles; Martirosian Exits

Level 12 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Artur Martirosian
Artur Martirosian

Brandon Wilson opened to 24,000 from under the gun and Matthias Eibinger shoved for 147,000 from directly behind. Action folded back to Wilson, who asked for a count and then stuck in a reluctant call.

Matthias Eibinger: A♥Q♥All in
Brandon Wilson: A♠J♦

Wilson's hesitance was warranted, as he turned out to be domianted by Eibinger's ace-queen.

The Q♦Q♣9♥4♣6♣ runout needlessly improved Eibinger to trips and he was awarded the double-up.

At another table, Artur Martirosian was eliminated after losing a race against Mikita Badziakouski.

Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey

So far, things have not been working out so well for the Day 2 entrants.

Shortly after Jesse Lonis's exit, Phil Ivey fell to Stephen Chidwick after turning two pair against Chidwick's straight, while Ding Biao met his end after jamming ace-jack into Dan Dvoress's dominating ace-king and failing to improve.
