Parssinen Moves Up the Chip Counts
Level 1
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Alexandros Theologis raised to 2,500 from middle position, and Quan Zhou called on the button. Artur Martirosian three-bet to 17,000 from the small blind, and Eelis Parssinen four-bet to 40,000 from the big blind. Theologis and Zhou folded, but Martirosian called.
The 6♣9♣9♥ flop saw Martirosian check-call when Parssinen continued for 22,000, and the 6♦ turn played out the same way; Martirosian checked, Parssinen bet 36,000, and Martirosian called.
Both players then checked on the 5♥ river. Martirosian tabled A♣K♥, and Parssinen flipped over 10♠10♦ to claim the pot.
