Thorel Picks Off Rezaei
Level 4
: 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Michael Watson raised to 4,500 from middle position, and Daniel Rezaei called in the small blind. Jean-Noel Thorel then three-bet to 17,000 from the big blind. Watson folded, but Rezaei called.
After the action was checked through on a K♥Q♦3♠ flop, Rezaei led out for 20,000 on the 4♠ turn, and Thorel called. The 4♣ completed the board, and Rezaei fired 78,000 into the pot. Once again, Thorel called.
Rezaei tabled 6♠5♠, and Thorel flipped over A♣K♠ to claim the pot.
