2026 Triton Poker Series Jeju II
Emilien Pitavy shoved in his 3,250,000 on the button, and Biao Ding looked him up in the big blind.
Emilien Pitavy: K♣J♠
Biao Ding: A♣8♥
Both players paired on the J♥10♣A♥ flop, but Ding remained in the lead. The 5♣ turn and 7♦ river improved no one, sending Pitavy to the rail in fifth place.
Winfred Yu open-shipped for 2,575,000 on the button, and Joao Simao quickly called in the big blind.
Winfred Yu: A♠7♣
Joao Simao: 10♦10♣
The 8♦4♦3♥Q♦ turn strengthened Simao's tens with a flush draw, and the 4♠ river was the final nail in Yu's coffin.
Yu waved off in sixth place, while Simao increased his dominating chip lead even further.
Level: 30
Blinds: 200,000/400,000
Ante: 400,000
Joao Simao found A♠A♣ in the cutoff and raised to 600,000. Biao Ding flat-called K♥Q♦ on the button, and both players checked the 4♦10♣6♥ flop.
Simao then bet the pot of 2,000,000 on the 7♦ turn, forcing Ding to fold his king-high.
One hand later, Simao opened 7♥7♦ to 600,000 in the hijack, and Ding called Q♣10♣ in the cutoff. Simao continued for 1,000,000 on the 6♣4♦3♠ flop, and Ding quickly mucked his cards again.
After Emilien Pitavy folded A♣3♥ on the button, Joao Simao made it a cool 1,000,000 in the small blind with 9♣6♥. Biao Ding called 5♠5♣ in the big blind and bet 600,000 after Simao checked.
Simao called to the Q♦ turn, where Ding sized up to 1,800,000. Simao no longer deemed his nines an adequate holding, and he conceded the pot with a fold.
Yang Wang limped in Q♣J♠ from the small blind. Seth Davies raised to 900,000 in the big blind, holding 10♥4♠, and Wang called.
After the 7♦5♦J♣ flop checked through, Wang bet 1,300,000 on the 4♣ turn. Davies surrendered his newfound bottom pair, and Wang was awarded the chips.
Joao Simao limped in 9♠5♣ from the small blind. Biao Ding checked his J♠8♦ in the big blind and called when Simao bet 400,000 on the J♦9♥9♦ flop.
Simao kept firing on the 2♥ turn, overbetting the pot by pushing in 2,000,000. Ding was not convinced yet and called, after which the 3♦ river completed the board.
Simao added another 2,000,000 to the pot with a bet. Ding dug deep and ended up making the correct fold after some time in the tank.
Hannes Jeschka shoved in the majority of his stack under the gun. It folded to Winfred Yu in the big blind, who asked for the rest. Jeschka quickly called for 875,000 in total.
Hannes Jeschka: K♦7♠
Winfred Yu: K♠10♠
Jeschka found himself dominated, although the 2♥Q♦A♣ flop did provide some chop outs. The 4♣ turn did little, and the 10♦ river sealed the deal, giving Yu top pair to eliminate Jeschka in seventh place.
Joao Simao found 9♦2♠ in the cutoff and raised to 700,000. Seth Davies three-bet to 2,800,000 in the big blind, with the slightly better A♦A♠.
Simao quickly let go of his rags, and the cards were shuffled for the next hand.
