Ivey Bests Kenney
Level 3
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Bryn Kenney raised to 4,000 from under the gun, which Phil Ivey called directly to his left, and Matthias Eibinger called from the hijack.
Kenney checked on the A♠5♠4♦, and Ivey bet 8,000. Eibinger folded, but Kenney stuck around.
The 2♣ turn saw both players check, and the 5♥ completed the board. Kenney bet 12,000, and turned over A♦9♦ after Ivey called. It was bad news for Kenney, as Ivey tabled A♥K♣ for the same two pair, but with a better kicker.
