Greenwood Latest to Fall
Level 10
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Isaac Haxton raised to 14,000 from the cutoff, and Sam Greenwood defended his big blind.
Greenwood check-called a bet of 9,000 on a 3♦Q♥10♥ flop and check-called again on the 8♠ turn, this time when Haxton continued for 40,000.
When the 9♣ completed the board and Greenwood checked a third time, Haxton asked for all of it, putting Greenwood all-in for 213,000. Greenwood called, but it was bad news: Haxton had rivered a straight with K♦J♦, and Greenwood's Q♦9♦ was no good, despite making two pair.
