Casson Drills the River to Double Through Slater

Michael Casson opened to 240,000 from early position and Nathan Slater three-bet the small blind to 810,000. With the action back on Casson, he ripped in his stack of almost 3,000,000 into the middle, and Slater snap-called.

A classic coinflip to kick off the final table and it was advantage Slater after the 7♣9♥2♠ flop. The 3♠ turn left Casson one card away from elimination, but the A♣ on the river saved him from the rail and doubled him up.

Daniel Rudd opened the button to 240,000 and Philip Joyce three-bet to 800,000 out of the small blind. Once the big blind folded, Rudd moved all in for almost 2,600,000, and Joyce quickly called.

Seabrook Makes the Right Call Against Kashani

Christopher Brammer opened the button to 250,000 with A♥2♥ and Yannik Seabrook called from the small blind. Arian Kashani also came along from the big blind.

The three saw a flop of 9♦A♦7♦, which was checked around to the J♦ turn, where all three checked again to the 5♥ river. Seabrook checked, then Kashani fired 365,000. Brammer folded, and Seabrook thought for a few moments before he called.

Kashani showed 6♥3♥ for a bluff, and Seabrook's A♣6♣ was good with a pair of aces.

On the 3♦4♠3♥ flop, Kandola check-called a bet of 220,000 from Tsui to see the A♦ hit the turn, where Kandola checked again. Tsui didn't slow down and reached for chips before he bet 475,000. Kandola then shoved for 2,180,000, and Tsui snap-folded.
