Tollerene Doubles Through Bonomo

Level 9 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Ben Tollerene opened to 9,000 on the button and called a three-bet to 40,000 from Justin Bonomo out of the big blind. A {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop was dealt and Tollerene called a bet of 20,000 from Bonomo.

Both players checked the {10-Hearts} on the turn bringing the {k-Hearts} on the river. Bonomo checked and Tollerene moved all-in for 55,000. Bonomo took his time contemplating his two options. A timebank chip was needed and Bonomo would eventually make the call.

Tollerene tabled the {q-Spades}{10-Spades} for a full house and Bonomo mucked.

Side-Bet Action

Level 9 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
50k Fantasy Draft
50k Fantasy Draft

Daniel Negreanu has the pen and paper out as six players have started a side bet on the $50,000 Main Event finale of the US Poker Open. Along with himself, Adrian Mateos, Rainer Kempe, Benjamin Pollak, Bryn Kenney, and Jake Schindler are in the middle of picking a three-player fantasy team.

In a snake drafting order, they will each pick three players. It will be a winner-take-all format with each player putting up $15,000. The winner will be decided by whichever team collects the most money in Event #8, kicking off tomorrow. Pollak got the action started by picking himself with another 15 players yet to be determined.

Keith Tilston has run up a stack after firing his third bullet on the day and he was showing no signs of taking it easy. After making it 9,000 on the button, Andrew Leathem made a three-bet to 34,000 from the big blind. Tilston four-bet shoved all in and Leathem called off his last 189,500.

Andrew Leathem: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Keith Tilston: {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}

The flop came {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Tilston was still in the lead although Leathem picked up a straight draw. The turn card brought the {q-Spades} and Leathem grabbed the lead with a pair of queens. The {7-Hearts} paired the board on the river and Leathem scored a big double up.

Level 8 : 2,000/4,000, 3,000 ante

Justin Bonomo raised to 9,000 from the cutoff and was called by Jake Schindler on the button and Erik Seidel in the big blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} and Seidel checked to Bonomo who continued for 10,000. Both Schindler and Seidel made the call as the {2-Clubs} landed on the turn.
