Ben Manache is the Bubble for the Quantum No-Limit Hold Em

Ben Manache is the stone bubble of the Quantum No-Limit Hold em tournament.

Shortly after hand for hand play began, Manache was all in and Mathieu Leclerc called. The players had to wait for the action at the others tables to conclude before they could finish the hand.

At another table, Senthuran Vijayaratnam and Ramsey Belmaaza were heads up after a Belmaaza preflop raise. The board read {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Clubs} and Belmaaza bet 95,000. Vijayaratnam only had 114,000 or so left and he just called, leaving himself chips. He lost the hand when Belmaaza turned over a straight with {10-}{8-}. Vijayaratnam was left short but not out.

Back at the other table, Manache showed {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and was ahead of the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} of Leclerc. Unfortunately for Manache, the flop came {k-}{j-}{5-} and gave Leclerc two pair. Manache couldn't catch up and busted 42nd on the stone bubble.

Back Vijayaratnam and his 20,000 or so chips. He was all in now that he was in the money with 20,000 against four three other players. The board read {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Spencer S bet. The remaining players folded, leaving Vijayaratnam and Spencer S heads up. Vijayaratnam had {6-}{4-} for a six-high straight, which was just better than the five-high straight Spencer S made with his {a-}{x-}.

The bubble play was streamed on the PokerNews Facebook live page and you cansee how it played out there.
