2025 WSOP Paradise
Action folded to Viktor Blom in the cutoff, who open-jammed for his stack of 585,000. Then Jack Hardcastle in the small blind three-bet all in for his stack of 855,000, and Chris Moneymaker in the big blind called to put both players at risk.
Viktor Blom: 9♠9♥
Jack Hardcastle: A♥Q♣
Chris Moneymaker: 7♦7♣
Blom was ahead with his pocket nines and stayed ahead after the 4♠3♦10♣ flop. The A♠ on the turn put Hardcastle in the lead, until the 7♠ came on the river, giving Moneymaker a set of sevens, to scoop the pot and eliminate both Blom and Hardcastle.

Action was picked up on the turn with the board showing 7♦6♠2♣Q♥ and roughly 1,000,000 in the pot.
Martin Kabrhel in the small blind led out for a bet of 575,000, and Martin Sgrilletti in the hijack made the call.
The river brought the Q♣, and Kabrhel took his time before betting to put Sgrilletti all in for his stack of 1,500,000. Sgrilletti went into the tank for nearly four minutes, using seven time extensions. Agonizing over the decision, Sgrilletti elected to muck his hand and give the pot to Kabrhel.

The action was briefly recapped to PokerNews by Ebony Kenney, who just eliminated Andras Nemeth and Vanush Mnatsakanian.
There was a raise before Vanush Mnatsakanian shoved from the hijack. Andras Nemeth rejammed from the cutoff, with the action folding to Kenney in the small blind. She called as the covering stack, with the original raiser folding.
Vanush Mnatsakanian: A♥10♠
Andras Nemeth: K♠Q♠
Ebony Kenney: AxAx
Kenney's aces held best on the 8♣4♦Q♦6♠Xx runout for her to hit the four million mark.

Patrik Antonius opened from early position, making it a large 175,000 to go. That raise folded out the table, with a tablemate asking if his sizing was intentional.
"That was a real misclick," laughed Antonius, who added that he would've been happy to get it in, tabling KxKx.
Also on the table is vlogger Frank Cucchiara. He took a small pot in a blind on blind battle, where his Q♣6♣ beat an opponent's 10♥6♦ on the K♦9♣7♣A♦6♠ board.

Guillaume Nolet opened to 80,000 from middle position, which was called by Kristen Foxen on the button and the big blind Jacob Kalb.
After the 9♠K♠8♣ flop, Kalb checked to Nolet, who bet out 175,000. Foxen made the call before Kalb raised to 825,000. Nolet quickly folded, while Foxen gave it some thought before folding as well, giving the pot to Kalb.

Jacob Kalb opened to 80,000 from middle position and called when Guillaume Nolet made it 275,000 from the cutoff.
Kalb check-called for 200,000 on the J♠6♥3♣ flop before the Q♦ turn checked through to the 3♥ river. Kalb led out for 150,000 and then saw Nolet raise to 800,000. After using a time bank, Nolet called.
"Queen," Nolet announced. He showed down Q♥10♥, and Kalb shook his head before mucking.

Nick Petrangelo open-jammed 420,000 from middle position, and when it folded to James Caputo in the cutoff, he three-bet all in. However, the dealer misheard Caputo, and attempted to muck his hand, before Petrangelo stopped the dealer, and they confirmed Caputo did go all in. Action folded around and it was the two players heads up, with Petrangelo at risk.
Nick Petrangelo: K♥Q♣
James Caputo: A♥J♠
It was a fair fight, and after the A♠K♣J♦2♣Q♦ runout gave both players two pair, Caputo had the better one to take the pot and eliminate Petrangelo.
As he was leaving the table, Petrangelo jokingly said, "I should have let them muck his cards."
