Barbero All but Eliminates Foxen

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Nacho Barbero raised in early position to 4,500, and when it folded to Alex Foxen in the small blind, he three-bet to 18,000. Once the big blind folded Barbero made the call.

The flop came 932 and Barbero called a bet of 13,000 from Foxen.

After the 2 on the turn, Foxen fired out another bet, this time for 32,000. Barbero once again made the call.

The river brought the J, and Foxen unloaded the clip firing a third bet, this time for 85,000, leaving just 500 chips behind. Barbero made the call and Foxen mucked his hand, giving the pot to Barbero.

Shortly after the hand, Foxen was eliminated.

Foxen Hero Calls Correctly

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Kristen Foxen
Kristen Foxen

Ye Wang raised to 4,000 from under the gun, and once it folded to the big blind Kristen Foxen, she three-bet to 20,000. Wang made the call.

After the 7310 flop, Ye called a bet of 16,000 from Foxen. The turn brought the 6 and both players checked to the river.

The river was the 8 and Foxen checked to Wang, who fired out a hefty bet of 90,000. Foxen then put in the call. Wang turned over AQ for just ace-queen high, and Foxen had Wang out-piped when she tabled AK for just ace-king high, which was good enough to take the pot.

Ismayilov Finds a Heart to Stay in It

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski opened from early position to 4,500, and was called by every player on his left, Javid Ismayilov, Hannes Jeschka, Daehyung Lee, Hui Chen, and Alex Theologis.

The flop came 9AQ and it was checked to Badziakouski, who bet out 7,500. Ismayilov then raised all in for his stack of 52,000, which forced the rest of the table to fold, but Badziakouski made the call to put him at risk.

Javid Ismayilov: 65 All in
Mikita Badziakouski: AK

Ismayilov would need to find a heart to stay in the tournament, he couldn't find any help on the J turn, but the J on the river gave Ismayilov the flush, to secure more than a double up.
