Andrew Bell Eliminated in 17th Place (£1,140)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Andrew Bell
Andrew Bell

The next short stack to fall would be Andrew Bell after committing his last chips with the {A-Spades} {4-Hearts}. Paul Siliceo looked him up with the dominating {A-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}. Jeraint Hazan was calling for a split pot after the {10-Hearts} {J-Hearts} {J-Spades} flop and that indeed happened with the {10-Diamonds} on the turn. If it wasn't for the evil river card though, as the dealer burned and turned the {Q-Clubs} to sent Bell to the rail.

Marius Lietuvninkas Eliminated in 18th Place (£1,140)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Marius Lietuvninkas
Marius Lietuvninkas

After a flop of {3-Spades} {9-Clubs} {2-Spades}, Marius Lietuvninkas was all in and at risk with {A-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} and covered by Paul Siliceo. Even worse news for the Lithuanian was the fact he only had four outs, as Siliceo held the {9-Spades} {9-Hearts}. Neither the {4-Spades} turn nor the {8-Clubs} river changed anything and Lietuvninkas was sent to the rail in 18th place.

Papushi Doubles Through Gracia

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Jesus Gracia raised to 55,000 and then reluctantly called the all in of Petrit Papushi with {K-Clubs} {8-Clubs}. Papushi had woken up with {A-Hearts} {A-Clubs} and doubled up on a board of {J-Spades} {5-Spades} {2-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds} {4-Clubs}. "Yesss, finally," Papushi said and then joked to table neighbor Matas Cimbolas. "Now I am coming for you, I want my 50,000 back", referring to an earlier hand where he had raised and folded to the three-bet of the Lithuanian.

Kevin Allen Eliminated in 19th Place (£1,005)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Kevin Allen
Kevin Allen

After a three-way pot to the {A-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {10-Hearts} flop, Darren Mapley pushed all in and forced two opponents to fold. One hand later, Mapley raised to 55,000 and Kevin Allen moved all in from the small blind for 395,000. Mapley gave it some thought before making the call and flipped over {A-Spades} {8-Clubs}. Allen was dominated with {A-Clubs} {2-Diamonds} and wished everyone good luck after a flop of {4-Hearts} {8-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds}.

It was definitely over after the {8-Spades} fell on the turn and the meaningless {10-Hearts} on the river completed the board.

Matthew Buckland Eliminated in 20th Place (£1,005)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Matthew Buckland
Matthew Buckland

Short stack Matthew Buckland moved all in with {6-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} and was called by Chan Ha with {A-} {10-}. The {3-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {10-} flop was a huge sweat for the short stack but he couldn't improve anymore to hit the rail in 20th place.

Umberan Akhtar Eliminated in 21st Place (£1,005)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Umberan Akhtar
Umberan Akhtar

From the button, Umberan Akhtar moved all in with his short stack and was called by Paul Siliceo from one seat over whereas the player in the big blind got out of the way. Akhtar held the {Q-Spades} {10-Hearts} but ended up drawing dead after the turn of a {3-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} {8-Clubs} {2-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} board against the {A-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} of Siliceo.

Gordon Doubles Through Allen

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

After a raise from Kevin Allen, Christopher Gordon moved all in for 372,000 and was eventually called by Allen with {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}. Gordon would win the flip with {5-Diamonds} {5-Spades} on a board of {3-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} {K-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {6-Hearts}.

Justin Kean Eliminated in 22nd Place (£ 895)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Justin Kean was one of the shortest stacks coming back today and all in at risk after a raise of Jesus Gracia. The Spaniard made the call with {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} and Kean ended up second-best with his {A-Spades} {8-Clubs} on a board of {Q-Hearts} {A-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}.

Saulius Tumosa Eliminated in 23rd Place (£ 895)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Saulius Tumosa
Saulius Tumosa

Saulius Tumosa open-shoved from late position and was called by Karl Roberts in the big blind. It was the {K-Spades} {3-Spades} for the Lithuanian and the {A-Spades} {5-Hearts} for Gordon. The board ran out {5-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {A-Hearts} {J-Spades} and the field was reduced to its last 22 players.

Gormati Pushes Twice

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Chan Ha raised to 60,000 and folded to a push from Jamal Gormati. The latter would open shove again to steal the blinds and antes.
