How to Win a Poker Tournament, by Ed Cotter.

Under the gun, Mario Silvestri shoved his last ~30,000 into the middle. Action folded around to the button where Eric Seigel reshoved his ~80,000-chip stack as well. But the action was far from over. In the small blind, Lynne Mitchnick moved in with her big stack, and next door, Ed Cotter called all in as well! With three players at risk, the cards were tabled:

Showdown
Silvestri: {9-Hearts} {10-Hearts}
Siegel: {K-Diamonds} {K-Spades}
Mitchnick: {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs}
Cotter: {A-Diamonds} {A-Spades}

Wow. It was a dream spot for Cotter, and he even managed to hold up as the board ran clean, coming {2-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {2-Hearts} {7-Spades}.

The fallout from that monster pot leaves Siegel and Silvestri out, Mitchnick with just 25,000 chips, and Cotter in the chip lead with about 300,000!
