Vladimir Valent opened for 2,800 and a tired looking Thomas Kurt pushed the last of his 12,700 over the line. It folded back round to Valent who shrugged and called it off.
Kurt tabled and was in big trouble against the of Valent.
The board ran out and with a little over an hour of play still to go Kurt was out.
Alexey Kasarinow opened to 2,000 and Waldemar Kopyl three-bet to 5,700. Kasarinow who had a stack of over 100,000 compared to Kopyl's 40,000 then four-bet all in. Kopyl calls.

Stefano Grandinetti raised to 1,900 from middle position and there were four callers.
The flop came and it checked to Grandinetti who bet 3,000. Pavel Havranek and Pierre Neuville were the only callers.
The turn was the and it checked to Grandinetti again who bet 5,000. Havranek raised to 15,000. Neuville asked how many chips Havranek had behind before three-betting to 30,000. Grandinetti folded and Havranek was all in for less.

Martin Kabrhel dashed across the casino floor from where he is playing the 6-Max to his stack at the Main Event and opened for 2,100. He picked up calls from Thoms Traboulsi and Kimmo Kurko in the big blind.
They saw a flop of which was checked around. The turn card was the and Kabrhel had a stab for 3,200. Traboulsi and Kurko called.
No action on the river and Kurko showed to take the pot.
An unimpressed Traboulsi slammed down his losing and Kabrhel had a brief chuckle before dashing off again to his other table.
Marko Maher was facing off against big blind Jacques Helene over a board of .
Maher had said just before the turn card hit, “No ace-ten this time hey?” but Helene remained tight lipped and checked. Maher bet 5,000 but faced a raise to 13,000 from Helene.
Maher called and on the river Helene moved all in which covered Maher but he quickly called.
Helene had better then ace-ten with his full house and the flush for Maher was no good.
